This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children. Information We Collect Balloon Pop collects very limited information. The only data we collect is: Leaderboard Data: When a player achieves a high score and chooses to submit it to the leaderboard, we collect a 3-character nickname (chosen by the player), the game score, the game mode played, and the date and time of submission. This information is stored on our secure servers powered by Supabase. The nickname is limited to 3 characters and does not identify any individual. We do not require or collect real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal contact information. Information We Do NOT Collect Balloon Pop does not collect any of the following:
Real names or personal identifiers Email addresses or phone numbers Location data Device identifiers or advertising IDs Photos, contacts, or any data from your device Payment or financial information Analytics or usage tracking data Cookies or similar tracking technologies
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Children’s Privacy Balloon Pop is designed to be safe for children of all ages. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The only data collected (a 3-character nickname and score) does not constitute personal information. No account creation is required to use the app. The leaderboard feature is optional and can be disabled in the app’s Settings menu. Data Storage and Security Leaderboard data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. We implement row-level security policies to protect the data. Leaderboard entries can only be read or created — they cannot be modified or deleted by app users. We retain leaderboard data for as long as the app is active. Since the data consists only of anonymous 3-character nicknames and scores, it poses no privacy risk. Third-Party Services Balloon Pop uses Supabase for leaderboard data storage. Supabase processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at supabase.com/privacy. No other third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect user data are used in this app. We do not serve advertisements of any kind. Your Rights You can disable the leaderboard feature at any time through the Settings menu within the app. If you wish to have any leaderboard data removed, please contact us using the information below and we will remove it promptly. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this document.
